When people think of free energy they tend to get immediately confused. Obviously the first thing that comes to mind for anyone is “I can get energy for free!!! That can’t be possible”. The “powers” that be have definitely got us up against the wall when it comes to getting access to energy resources. The next thing people think of when discussing the possibility is that so many people have claimed they could create “free” energy and they are always hoaxes or snake oil salesmen or often just plain crazy paranoid schizophrenics. The last thing most people think of if they even dare is that we have the opportunity to actually create “Free” as in speech energy. Energy production and conversion technology and resources that are publicly owned and not subject to patents and corporate or governmental control.
One of the biggest problems that inventors of so called “Free” as in beer energy in the past has been bringing the technology or concept to market. There are several cases of gifted inventors and engineers who had very credible technology that provided energy at a fraction of the cost and greatly increased efficiency of currently widely used technologies who were killed, bought off or shutdown and their inventions and breakthroughs destroyed or locked away from the public. Open source and Libre Energy promises to make it a lot harder for the energy oligarchs to shut down and keep from the public the advances that are made.
In this modern day and age with the whole world connected via internet and mobile phone we see amazing speed of information dissemination. It’s very difficult to stop knowledge from being shared once it has been released to the public space and internet. There are even laws that make it hard for the most powerful forces to have control of public information. There are certainly uncountable avenues for sharing information in a non public grassroots way as the various illegal activities performed by internet citizens has proven.
The great thing about the internet is that they can’t shut us down now. So sharing knowledge learned through open research and development is a very safe way to make sure the common people of the world have the upperhand and not the corporate powers and selfish forces of greed.

Aaron and Peter from Energetic-forum have made a video of their lawnmower which they modified to have the plasma spark circuit. They are using gasoline for this demo and are reporting significant decrease in the amount of fuel needed to run the engine. Still using a 12v battery for the power source…

This guy is experimenting with running diesel in a unmodified gasoline engine. He is having good success with the plasma spark circuit.
smw1998a has made a very thorough video with a detailed analysis of the cause of the effect observed in the water plasma spark circuit.
Various people have been testing various fuels.
So far they have independently confirmed that the following fuels will produce enough power to run an engine.
1: Water. Supposed to be impossible
2: Gasoline. In very small amounts of petrol compared to amount needed without the circuit
3: Diesel. The was done in an unmodified gasoline engine which is not supposed to work or else everyone would be putting diesel in their cars to save on fuel costs.
Some people are now testing petrol vapor to see if it can be used as a fuel.
Clearly this is a significant massive increase in efficiency compared to current standards and anyone who is serious about decreasing the amount of fossil fuels and energy we use on a daily basis should be interested in the potential of this circuit…
Aaron has been making good progress and appears to have confirmed that the event is a plasma discharged which is increased by adding water to the mix. Some people feel it is more of a magnetic and electric event than actually exploding HHO while others think it definitely has a hydrogen combustion element to the event due the the luminousity of the light that is emitted.

Looking deeper, with the scope, I set about measuring the discharge time of the capacitor. Without the HV diode, observing the standard high tension spark, the duration of the discharge from 250v was 140uS (micro seconds). This is pretty quick considering the secondary winding of the ignition coil has around 7 to 8k ohm of resistance.
The reason for the “effect” became obvious when I connected the HV diode and ran the test again. The scope showed the capacitor discharge from 250v took only 8uS resulting in the enhanced spark. As the voltage output of a transformer is proportional to the rate of change, clearly, the significantly shorter discharge is producing more voltage in a shorter time, resulting in the amplification of the spark discharge for the same energy input.
My conclusion at this time is; At the moment of switch closure, the HV diode conducts and allows the secondary winding to potentialise and the magnetic domains in the coil core to begin to orientate themselves, thus reducing the resistance presented in the secondary winding and magnetically in the coil core at the very beginning of induction. As the capacitor discharges through the primary winding, the induced voltage in the secondary increases rapidly. Once the voltage of the secondary winding exceeds the voltage held in the capacitor the diode becomes reverse biased and blocks the rapidly rising voltage. As most of the resistance, both electrical and magnetic have been significantly reduced very early in the coil discharge, the remaining energy discharges very rapidly creating the “effect”.
IMO The effect is a unidirectional, short duration, high voltage pulse. The exact criteria for Peter’s “Electro Radiant Event”.

A team at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory have revealed a potential revolution in hydrogen cars, after driving 650 miles on one tank of liquid hydrogen. In a recent test, the scientists set a new world record after they installed a super-insulated hydrogen gas tank in a standard Prius hybrid that was able to keep a full load of the liquid without evaporating for six days.
