The Apollo Myth
We note that www.pravda.ru is reporting the Apollo missions were a hoax and various military-industrial complex shills are trying to bury issues raised in contribuutors letters. What is needed is an excellent discussion of the Apollo program and its hidden history.
There are some ‘defences’ the anti-hoax shills keep bringing up that need to be shot down:
1) Laser reflector installation (alleged): Even the best lasers have a beam divergence of around 0.02 degrees. While that is much better than a flashlight or spotlight, it is still a long way from zero when you are talking the vast distance from earth to moon and back. The spot size of any laser beam reflected from the moon is not going to be affected in the slightest by any man made objects placed there but on the albedo over a large area. (Some of today’s focused laboratory lasers, in a vacuum, can achieve a smaller divergence, but the argument above still holds)
2) Moon rocks: There are two types of moon rocks – real ones and fake ones. The real ones are held under security similar to the Hope diamond. The fake ones were stored in an ordinary office in Clear Lake Texas. Guess which ones come from the Apollo program? From time to time, due to lack security, some of the fake ones are stolen and sold, or attempted to be sold, on the black market to collectors. The frauds and busts due to this recurring phenomena make the news from time to time.
There are also some issues that need to be raised that everyone seems to miss, e.g.
The Saturn V first stage engine, the F-1 engine:
NASA’s claims of its Specific Impulse (a measure of rocket quality/efficiency) was from 260s to 304s, higher than any rocket engine ever made now or since. You would think such a great engine they would have kept the blueprints for, or had measured (say at AEDC or Stennis) data for, or reused in other boosters. Other NASA documents provide enough numbers to calculate the specific impulse and it results in a number lower than the claimed specific impulse. Either way, there is a curious lack of records (that any US Military aerospace propulsion engineer can verify).
The LEM, even if had been made of the mythical substance impervium (infinitely strong, zero mass) and the chemical engines 100 percent efficient, a vehicle that size could have not transported the mass of two men (not to mention equipment) to the lunar surface and back up to lunar orbit.
Peoples belief in the so called moon landings is intimately tied up with their belief in fiat currencies and justifications
for wars based on staged events (i.e. Tonkin Gulf, 9/11, 7/7). That nuclear radiation is ‘good for you’ and nuclear reactors are ‘safe’ is perhaps another part and parcel of this belief system.
