The primary sponsor of this event happens to be Masdar which is owned by Mubadala Investments. Mubadala also happens to be a prime investor in several other “companies” that have dubious ties in the world of global finance and power. The very interesting thing about these announcements is not the number of projects that are being planned but the shear size of the budgets that are being forecast.

There is talk of plans for 48 sq km facilities in Dubai by 2030 generating 1GW of electricity, plans are underway to do similar large scale projects in Oman and Saudi and of course the same companies want to go all the way and install large Photo Voltaic and Concentrated Solar Power installations across the entire MENA (Middle East North Africa) region. These plans are fantastic and forward thinking except for one small problem. The costs for these projects are phenomenally out of bounds. The timescale of the projects (upto 20 years) are way over what is considered necessary to setup and install a large facility. After all The tallest building in the world was built in only 5 years and a Concentrated Solar Thermal Tower doesn’t even go up to 10 stories high with the entire solar array on ground level. Considering what has already been spent by these same companies on very mediocre attempts at Solar energy supply there is a serious disconnect between what is required in terms of resources and effort to build an industrial scale Solar energy facility and what is currently required in terms of budget to pay for the opportunity of bringing a facility online.

The answer to this mystery appears to be related to the financial crisis and the worlds Fossil Fuel addiction. If Solar energy is priced at the real market value. The true cost of building industrial scale facilities and connecting them to the grid and not the price that is current being forced on the market by the entrenched Oil industry we would see that Solar power is phenomenally cheaper than any of the competing energy sources. In other words the only reason the Solar has not already reached price parity is because the Elite are holding the industry to ransom to prop up the price of the other fuel sources for as long as possible.

The real reason for companies like Solyndra to be going bankrupt is because they were never intended to actually succeed. The entire industry knows full well this dirty little secret. The price of Solar when done correctly and at utility scale is ridiculously low compared to any of the other energy sources. Concentrated Solar power has the potential when combined with Solar Thermal to provide all the energy required for any of the cities that have a regular supply of sunlight. Therefore the entrenched players in the energy industry are quietly but assuredly doing their best to disrupt and stall the transition to the Solar economy for as long as possible.

By keeping the “true cost” of utility scale Solar energy artificially high through the use of excessive budgets on projects where they are essentially paying themselves excessively large sums of money to build pitifully low yield Solar installations Companies like Masdar are manipulating the cost of Solar energy on the world market thereby pushing up the price of oil as the markets continue to bid up the price of the dwindling reserves and keeping the other players like coal and gas satisfied with the status quo while they continue to rake in the profits received from sales of their product to the global market.

In other words, Utility scale solar is massively over priced. The big players know this full well and are controlling the market to keep things that way. In much the same way that they control the production of electric cars to ensure we all rely on petrol they are also drip feeding the world Solar energy to keep their profit margins high. The end result is wasted time, opportunity and resources.

The sad truth is that the word could already have an abundant supply of fresh drinking water and electricity simply by using relatively modest resources to build Concentrated Solar Thermal Desalinisation and Electricity production plants for every major city in the sunny parts of the world. This would free up remaining resources for the countries which are not as sundrenched and lower the price of energy and the global carbon footprint. Now that would just be rational and logical which as we already know is not possible while the Elite of the world remain in charge.

Either that or they really are just idiots over there at Mubadala and have no idea how bad they are getting ripped off.

Just flip a coin to decide…

They also claim the weight of the engine is significantly less than a standard ICE which greatly increases fuel economy due to weight savings. They are currently in the process of building and installing a functional system in a vehicle.

The engine has a rotor that’s equipped with wave-like channels that trap and mix oxygen and fuel as the rotor spins. These central inlets are blocked off, building pressure within the chamber, causing a shock wave that ignites the compressed air and fuel to transmit energy.

The Wave Disk Generator uses 60 percent of its fuel for propulsion; standard car engines use just 15 percent. As a result, the generator is 3.5 times more fuel efficient than typical combustion engines.

Researchers estimate the new model could shave almost 1,000 pounds off a car’s weight currently taken up by conventional engine systems.

According to the article “North Africa’s solar energy potential equals 1 million barrels of oil annually”. With this number we can extrapolate some actual statistics on the actual usefulness of this much energy.

According to indexmundi in 2009 Europe consumed 18,823.59 thousand barrels per day which is 18,823,590 barrels per day.

So we can see that the amount of energy to be obtained in one whole year from all of Northern Africa by harnessing the power of the sun is equivalent to approximately 1.5 hours of oil use in the whole of Europe.

What amazes me is that the New York times doesn’t even bother to run this simple statistic. Oh wait, no it doesn’t. This is the NYT we are talking about here…

Basically it suggests that the US military can not ignore the issue of peak oil for any longer and has to invest heavily in development of new energy efficient infrastructure to allow the system to continue to operate.

The Pike Research study states that when counted as a single organisation, all the branches of the DOD combine to form the largest single consumer of energy on the planet. With energy the “lifeblood” of the US military, and energy independence a high priority for commanders in the field, it will become necessary for the DOD to continue to find better and more efficient renewable energy technologies; especially in mobility applications, including portable solar power as well as land, air, and sea vehicles.

We live in hope that one day the brain dead factions of the military will be unable to find enough energy to fulfil their evil ambitions of complete world domination. Perhaps they will even dismantle the ridiculous Nuclear arsenal and find ways to use it to power the future energy needs of global society. Otherwise at least they won’t have enough energy to provide the logistical support that they currently require in terms of transportation of goods, equipment, vehicles and manpower. That should put a significant dampener on their ability to wage perpetual war.

The result is we have perpetual wars in the Middle East and now moving into Africa via Libya.

There is a significant problem with the use of war as a means of controlling the oil distribution and extraction process. The main problem being that wars create unbalanced societies. They also destroy infrastructure and tend to result in a lot of violence and human carnage. These issues are long term and are not easily or quickly solved. They also happen to be the last thing that a rampaging Army has on it’s mind once the action is over. They are not actually interested in creating balanced peaceful societies. That is like asking an addict to take care of your drug supply. It’s just not going to result in a positive outcome for anyone involved.

One of the core ideas behind controlling the supply of oil is that the people in power i.e the Banksters printing the money to fund the war machine, can control the energy supply in the coming years as the competition for the remaining oil causes massive spikes in prices and only the uber wealthy, Governments and Mega Corporations are in a position financially to justify the expense of using up the remaining energy for their business and personal use. However this idea falters when war is used to secure the supply as they effectively decrease the supply of oil to the market by destroying infrastructure and creating unstable environments where no one with the expertise and experience to rebuild the infrastructure is prepared to put their lives on the line in order to fulfill the original plan of controlling the supply. So the end result is that the oil wars create a net loss in terms of available supply of oil to the market and considering that we are running out at an exponential rate anyway this only serves to drive up prices faster and further unbalance the global economy.

Hence the desire to remove from the consumption process a large number of oil consumers who would otherwise be competing for the remaining reserves. Otherwise known as the Bilberberg plan for reducing the population of the world to 500 million people. This is a negative, self destructive cycle that we are now being subjected to by the Banksters and their Corporate and Governmental cronies. The outcome of such a cycle is only a negative result. However it is often found that once an addict hits rock bottom and there is no where else to go they have to face the hard truths about their situation and make some changes for the better. Either that or they die and everyone that is affected by their actions can get on with their lives.

In this regard we are at a crucial point in the history of modern civilisation. Do we sink or swim? Who gets to loose out or is it a case of everyone looses permanently?

It is appropriate to do a recap of the way things have played out so far.

The situation was created by lack of appropriate operating procedures and management ineptitude. Instead of staying on and scrambling the fuel rods the entire crew of the Fukushima plant was immediately evacuated. By the time the call was made to scramble the fuel rods they had already started melting down and at more than 5000 degrees Celsius it didn’t take long for them to get completely out of control resulting in the first reactor chamber being breached on Saturday 12 March and the second on Sunday 13 March to begin their journey through the earths crust to the mantle. By then the entire complex was experiencing unprecedented levels of neutron flux and the approximately 900 metric tonnes of stored fuel rods also kept at the facility were starting to become a serious problem due to boiling off the water that was keeping them cool and stable.

By that point the official line in the global mainstream press was that everything was ok, because the Japanese Government had decided to use the same play book as the Gulf Oil Disaster and lie about the situation. The following two weeks was a carbon copy of the way BP handled things last year suggesting that the same marketing company was being used by the same people to handle the press and media and to provide the official story line for the bureaucrats to act out as the events unfolded.

During all of this one of two things was happening or maybe both. Due to Japanese arrogance they decided that they didn’t need any outside help to fix the problem. They purposefully decided to allow the situation to progress in order to perform the great population cull of the 21′st century that was predicted and called for by the Global Elites in order to meet their target of reducing the worlds population to 500 million people.

Now it has been 8 weeks and the emissions are just getting worse not better. The Japanese Defense Force is on the ground but due to the severity of the radiation they can only work in 10 minute shifts inside or near the reactor chambers. The big players with the skills and technology to achieve something have tried to assist where they could but it appears they are either being ignored by the Japanese or purposefully stymied by the people in control of the nuclear industry. In the mean time they are having to build the radiation tolerant equipment required to clean up the mess because as we experienced with the Gulf Oil Disaster the bean counters decided long ago that they don’t need to provide for and fund adequate safety and emergency backups in advance. However it is entirely due to their neglect that situations like the Gulf Oil Disaster and Fukushima Disaster are possible.

Since the Fukushima Disaster started we have seen unprecedented environmental destruction. The emissions from the facility include over 5000 radionuclides many of which have never been seen since the creation of the earth some 3.5 billion years ago. The Toxic Cloud of death now blankets the entire northern hemisphere and has been detected in the southern hemisphere too. The bulk of the emissions have been absorbed by the pacific ocean and in combination with the millions of litres of radioactive water that was dumped by the japanese we have now spoiled our oceans and seafood supply for at least the next 300 years and possibly for the next 300,000 years. The Japanese people have been washed over by the emissions cloud up to 4 days a week and by now have received enough radiation to have permanently damaged their DNA, cause mothers to have radioactive breast milk and many of them will start to die from this exposure soon. We don’t know how many people have already fallen due to the exposure as the Japanese Government has now instigated an official blackout on the media covering anything to do with the event that could be negatively received. At least they have done the humane thing by culling off the population of animals inside the 20 km exclusion zone around the facility. However that probably has more to do with minimising the risk of negative publicity than anything else.

The global mainstream press have now cut back dramatically on their coverage but things got so bad that the NATO countries decided to go to war against Libya and when that failed to hold peoples attention the US Government decided to kill the Osama Bin Laden character as a distraction.

The sad truth is that reality is real and physics cannot be swept under the carpet. We are experiencing an unprecedented threat to the human race and the people in charge are actively encouraging the situation to continue for as long as possible.

Things to remember.

Don’t eat any canned seafood form the northern pacific that was made this year or ever again. There will be a couple of years before the radiation is dispersed throughout the globe so eventually you wont want to eat seafood at all.

Don’t drink any wine produced this year in the northern hemisphere.

Don’t eat grass fed meat or dairy products packaged after March 2011 from the northern hemisphere. At least not for a few more years until the Cesium-137 is absorbed into the soil. Grain feed should be safe though.

Cut back on leafy green vegetables in the Northern Hemisphere. They have all been dusted with the Toxic Cloud of Death by now.

When handling anything from the region nearest to Japan make sure you wash properly afterwards and especially before eating.

Don’t buy any more Japanese products until they have capped the facility and cleaned up the environmental pollution on Honshu Island. Just 1 micron of Plutonium is enough to kill you.

Prior to the announcement of the “killing” of America’s number 1 enemy the price of silver and gold was at an all time high. Oil was also edging up further every day to crest at just under $130 per barrel. Since the announcement the price of silver has dropped dramatically loosing almost half of it’s value in less than a week. A process that took approximately 2 months to build. A trend that started with the Japanese Tsunami disaster and continued to rise as the emissions from Fukushima spew forth from the facility.

Apparently the death of a fictional character invented to promote terrorism as the global threat to humankind is enough to stabilise the world markets. A character who was held responsible for approximately 4000 deaths over the years by the worlds mainstream media. Apparently this characters death is more important than the unprecedented scale of disaster that now awaits us all as the Toxic Cloud of Death emitting from the Fukushima Facility is absorbed into the food stream and biosphere where it will have a permanent affect on the human race. The fact that we are witnessing a mass murder in the process, a kind of long drawn out global genocide, has no value to the mainstream media.

They would rather focus on the story of a fictional character and the made for TV scenario that was concocted by the Obama Administrations Media Apparatus to make the most of the timing available and also coinciding with an appropriate period of instability and declining performance in Obamas first term. Just the right timing for it to be written in the annals of history as the perfect kill. An extremely well executed mission authorised by none other than President Obama and witnessed in silence as the world fretted over the nuclear fallout blanketing the globe and protested wholeheartedly against the powerful nuclear industry while the price of food is continuing to rise and the US dollar slips further into hyper inflation due to printing so much of it as part of the latest round of Quantitative Easing (QE2). At a time where there was nothing that could be done by the US Fed to provide any assistance as they have fired all their bullets and substantially missed their target.

In the meantime the Toxic Cloud of Death continues to spew forth blanketing the globe with the most dangerous radionuclides, over 5000 in total, for hundreds of thousands of years. If the romans were mad because of lead poisoning this will surely be considered as the most gullible period in human history where we believed everything that was told to us in the mainstream media and killed ourselves off with Nuclear fallout and painful death by cancer…

Latest news released today has lasers as the solution to the problem of igniting leaner ratios ex. gasoline to water. The claims are that the new advance in laser technology enables smaller lasers to fit inside the space that is normally reserved for spark plugs. Whether they will be drop in replacements or not is yet to be released. Without saying what the comparison is the researchers discount plasma spark plugs saying the problem with plasma (or as they refer to them – “high energy”) spark plugs is wear on the tips due to the metal being worn away after a relatively short period of usage. We have documented such issues with plasma plugs built using conventional spark plugs tips but the Firestorm plugs claim to have solved that issue by using a non conventional metal for the tip.

However the really interesting aspect of using lasers for ignition (apart from the obvious reference to Stanley Meyers Water Vehicle) is in the following quote…

Lasers inject their energy within nanoseconds, compared with milliseconds for spark plugs. “Timing – quick combustion – is very important. The more precise the timing, the more efficient the combustion and the better the fuel economy”

With nanosecond control that would provide much greater efficiency for energy usage. The lasers will most likely need to be powered with battery technology so every possible energy saving that can be achieved will contribute to the mileage of the vehicle. Being able to run an engine at leaned out ratios of 80:1 or even greater would certainly make a big dent in the short term issue of global energy supply. It might even allow us the possibility of being able to grow or manufacture enough combustible fuel to replace oil and gas when it runs out. However the increase in efficiency will only result in another 3 – 4 times more mileage for the amount of fuel consumed. That definitely gives us all some more time but only if every vehicle was converted to use this new laser technology today. Unfortunately that is not going to happen.

Due to the way the current system structured and run it will be at least 10 years before every car in the world could be retrofitted with this technology and that is simply too little too late. At best the laser spark plug technology will provide a couple of years extension in the global fuel supply but as the only people who could afford to buy fuel anyway will be the ultra rich or governments and corporations that won’t mean anything to the average person.

However if for some amazing reason the technology turns out to be relatively easy to replicate and people are able to build and install their own components then we will see a very positive step for global transportation issues. Of course that doesn’t solve the issue of what to use for fertiliser on the mega farms that feed the world but at least the people who survive the coming period of mass starvation will be able to drive their cars literally on the smell of an oily rag.

If this instability continues to progress will the inevitable resulting explosion of 1760 metric tonnes of nuclear fuel stored at the facility be powerful enough to reach escape velocity or will it just blanket the earth with radionuclides?

At this point we can see only a few options for dealing with the increasingly fragile situation at Fukushima, assuming it doesn’t blow Japan off the face of the earth before we can get anything done. Simply covering the facility with concrete is not going to stop the cores from melting down and potentially exploding.

Options for dealing with Melted Cores at Fukushima

Drill Baby Drill. Put the Oil Drills in and direct the molten cores as far into the earths crust as possible. Bypassing the water table and the soft sedimentary layers until the solid Granite layer where the molten fuel will literally burn it’s way back to “Mommy” and rejoin the mantle.

Use tactical nukes to create a new volcano that will consume the facility and the nuclear fuel.

Wait for the fireworks and hope that the resulting explosion of 1760 metric tonnes of Nuclear fuel goes straight up and into outer space. This is a massive risk as we don’t really know what will happen if that much fuel is consumed in a nuclear explosion. It will certainly be the biggest event in modern civilization.

The United Nations’ nuclear watchdog agency warned that a potential uncontrolled chain reaction at Japan’s crippled Fukushima atomic power plant could cause further radiation leaks and increase the risk to workers. A partial meltdown of fuel in the No. 1 reactor building may be causing the isolated reactions, Denis Flory, nuclear safety director for the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency, said at a press conference in Vienna.

Nuclear experts call these reactions “localized criticality.” They consist of a burst of heat, radiation and sometimes an “ethereal blue flash,” according to the U.S. Energy Department’s Los Alamos National Laboratory website. Twenty-one workers worldwide have been killed by “criticality accidents” since 1945, the site said.

The blue flash referred to above is actually Cherenkov Radiation. This can only happen if the core is in a state of criticality.

The Fukushima reactors are a covert nuclear weapons program masquerading as an energy production facility. The fuel in the 6 reactors and the stored plutonium in the spent fuel rods amounts to a 1760 metric tonne nuclear bomb. The most pressing problem at this moment is modelling the neutron flux for molten uncompressed Pu-239. Nuclear fuel can multiply to an out of control chain reaction at a certain level of neutron flux. There is an immediate need to understand if collecting enough Pu-239 in a contained location is likely to provide conditions for a critical reaction. Solving for density of neutrons flowing will allow us to find out how close to critical mass the situation really is. We need to know these details to fully understand how close to unimaginable disaster we really are.

The number of people worldwide who can solve for this pressing problem is small. These people are the former heads and immediate assistants of the American, Soviet and Chinese Starwars programs. It is imperative that they are brought together to put their full resources towards this issue immediately. Unlike the failed governments of this world these accomplished and highly regarded scientists and military personnel are able to work together for the common good. It is time for the Elite Bureaucrats to admit they have no idea what to do in this situation, that they do not fully understand how fragile the situation really is right now and provide all the necessary resources to let the people who have trained for this event do what they do best.

The people we are talking about have advanced knowledge and understanding of Nuclear Weapons and the circumstances and methods for controlling Nuclear Explosions. This is an elite group of individuals who have been privy to some of the most classified knowledge on the planet. These are the people we need in charge right now in order to make sure things are done as effectively and efficiently as possible. It’s time for the Govt and Bureaucratic elite to step aside and provide logistical support instead of insisting they know how to call the shots on this increasingly fragile situation where we are looking down the barrel of a 2000 tonne nuclear explosion. The equivalent of 400 or more nuclear weapons being exploded at the same time in the same location. A truly awesome, terrifying and devastating event if it were to proceed to that point.
